How it works

Five stages. A standard at each one. A number that proves it.

This page explains what happens to a homeowner between typing a search and meeting your crew, what each stage must achieve before the next one starts, and what you can check. It does not explain the mechanics inside each stage. Those are the company, and they stay ours.

01Found

The homeowner finds you before they find anyone else.

Most local jobs start on Google Maps, not on a website. So the Google Business Profile comes first: the right categories, every service listed, photos added on a cadence, reviews answered. Then local search, town by town, and a site that loads fast on a phone with a number that can be tapped.

Nothing clever happens here. It is done properly, kept up weekly, and measured.

Standard

Name, phone and address identical everywhere Google looks. Every service listed. No review older than a week without a reply.

You can check

Profile views, calls from the listing, direction requests and website clicks, by week, in the scorecard.

Stays ours

The town-by-town search plan and the page templates that rank.

02Contacted

Whoever answers first usually gets the job. That will be you.

Inbound leads are answered inside minutes, day and evening. In your exclusive territory we also reach homeowners directly, so the volume does not depend on who happens to be searching this week. Every contact is daytime only, every opt-out is honoured permanently, and the wording is plain: who we are, who we are calling for, and what we are offering.

Where a conversation needs judgement, a person has it. Where it does not, it is handled instantly and logged.

Standard

First reply target under five minutes. Daytime hours only. Opt-outs kept for good. Nothing said that is not true.

You can check

Median first-reply time, anyone waiting past 20 minutes, replies and declines, weekly.

Stays ours

How homeowners are selected, how outreach is sequenced and timed, and the conversation logic.

03Qualified

A real address, a real scope, a job worth your crew’s time.

Before anything reaches your calendar the homeowner has given a service address, described the work in their own words, and the job clears a $500 minimum. Anything smaller is thanked, declined and logged with the reason. We would rather show you a decline than a calendar full of trims that cost more to drive to than they pay.

Standard

$500 minimum. Address confirmed. Scope in the homeowner’s words. Territory matches yours.

You can check

Qualified rate and every decline, by reason, in the scorecard.

Stays ours

The qualification logic and how edge cases are decided.

04Booked

On your calendar with everything the crew needs.

A confirmed time, the address, the scope, the homeowner’s name and number, and how they found you. Reminders go out before the visit. If the homeowner needs to move it, that is handled. If they cancel, the record stays and is counted honestly. Nothing is created, changed or cancelled on your calendar without a record of what was there before.

Standard

Booked, verified and qualified before it counts as delivered. Every change reversible.

You can check

Booked estimates by ZIP, confirmations, reschedules and cancellations, weekly.

Stays ours

How slots are offered and how routing suggestions are made.

05Measured

Your week, from your systems, every Monday.

The scorecard is built from your own records, not ours. Each figure links to the rows behind it. If a number drops, you see it the same week we do, with the cause named. Ask a question in plain English and get an answer with its source. This is the stage that makes the other four honest.

Standard

Every figure traceable to a record. No number we cannot show you. No brochure results.

You can check

All of it. That is the point.

Stays ours

Nothing. The report is yours.

After you say yes

Four stages, in order, with a gate between each.

Nothing goes live and nothing goes out to a customer of yours until you have said yes at each gate.

01

Analysis

The free 20-minute call. We score your listing, map where you show up, time your follow-up and pull your market. You get a written report either way.

You decide whether to continue.
02

Set up

Territory agreed in writing, one ZIP or many. Listing, site, dashboards and automations built in the open where you can see them. Weekly check-in, in writing.

You review every page and every rule.
03

Launch

Switched on one piece at a time with logging turned up. First two weeks watched daily. First scorecard the following Monday.

Your written sign-off before anything is public.
04

Run

Weekly scorecard, monthly report, listing upkeep, search work, tuning. Anything irreversible still waits for a person.

Stop any week. You keep everything.
Keeping it honest

Rules the system runs under, whether or not anyone is watching.

These are operating rules inside the company. They are why the numbers hold up when you check them.

Truth before completeness.

No invented metric, result, testimonial or case study, anywhere, ever. An unknown stays blank until it is known.

Opportunity, not outcome.

We deliver a qualified homeowner ready to hear a bid. We do not promise a job, a close rate, a revenue figure or an appointment count.

Consent and quiet hours.

Opt-outs are honoured permanently. Contact happens in daytime hours only. Messages say who we are and who we are calling for.

Reversible by design.

Every automated action is logged. Anything that changes a record keeps what was there before. Anything irreversible waits for a person.

See it run on your territory.

Check whether your ZIPs are open. If they are, the free analysis is the first stage, and it starts with a 20-minute call.
